I recently purchased a new laptop computer and I tried to hook it up to my cable modem so I could access the internet, it didn't work. AOL would not let me sign up because it wouldn't recognize my LAN connection. Even though I am an existing customer.
When I bought the computer I also bought Microsoft Office 2003. Tonight I tried to load it on my computer but it wouldn't let me finish without registering....and of course I couldn't register because I couldn't access the internet! UUGGHH.
